I enjoy cooking fish either in a pan with various condiments or steamed wrapped in banana leaves. I am not, however, good at frying fish, it always ends up in pieces if I am cooking filletes. I have yet to overcome this problem.

hahaha love it " however, good at frying fish, it always ends up in pieces if I am cooking filletes. " same thing happens to me but now I use this new pans we can find in the market, the Flavorstone, just an idea but they have been working pretty well for me. Nothing sticks to them.

That is a good idea, I think I need a pan just for frying; and a new spatula as well.

he he, I have the flavorstone as well. The spatula is a good idea so the pans don´t get scratched and you preserve the condition of it. Some day you should upload a picture of one of your fish dishes.
